“I found myself in a situation where a local car shop was quoting me more than $1300 for repairs in my car. Patty and her team were able to fix my vehicle for less than $500.
As soon as I started talking to her on the phone, I t was very clear that she knew exactly what my issue was and exactly how to look at it and see what the best fixes would be.
I was able to drop my car off on a Sunday night and have it back before the end of business on Monday. Patty was professional, quick, affordable, and super trustworthy. I would highly suggest Jessamine Car Care for my friends and family.”

“My car wouldn’t start, so I called these folks. Every time I had a concern or question, they displayed patience and kindness. The owner, Patty, the man who towed my vehicle, and the mechanics were all as caring as they could be. I value hospitality anywhere, but especially an auto shop. They fixed me right up within a few hours and charged a reasonable price for the tow and repair. I will be coming back if another issue arises.”

“Can't say enough good things about these people and the excellent service I received. Patty answered all of my many questions over the phone with diligence and patience. Their price was very competitive, and the team did an amazing job on our van. Then, while I was there to pick it up we got talking about sensors, and they actually offered to make time in their busy pre-holiday schedules to run a check on them for me. I thought that was super nice and just good business. And it gives me extra peace of mind as we head out on our 1500-mile trip to grandma's house. Thanks guys! We'll be back!”

They even preformed an oil change after noticing I needed one. They probably saved me some engine repair work on down the road. “I've used Jessamine Car Care Center multiple times. Every time they've been honest with what's wrong and did a great job fixing my issues on multiple vehicles. Either being my Dodge Charger or Buick LeSabre. Every time I've looked for repairs they have been best prices around and have done a quality job. Most importantly is they don't hustle you if you bring your vehicle in. I would recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle service.”

“They were very kind and honest. At first I was told my car's windshield wiper motor might need replacement. But then, It turned out that there was a damaged bolt and they fixed it! I was relieved and happy that the mechanic was honest! Very nice people there!”
